WARRANTY DEED -

county of BIBS, in the state of GEORGIA, parties of the first

INTEREST TRUSTS, and HARRIETT MURPHEY DURKEB as TRUSTEE of
THADDBUS STEPHEN DURR&8 and STEPHEN MURPHEY DURREE PRESENT
INTBREST TRUSTS, of the county of BIBB in the state of GEORGIA

W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said parties of the first part., for and in -
consideration of love and affection, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land -lying and being in the
City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida, to-wit: Lots 23 and 24 Block 1440 of Port St. Lucie
Section 15, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 6, of the Public Records of

Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and easements of record, and zoning and other regu-
latory ordinances,
Each of the grantees are granted an undivided interest
in the property in the following proportions:
