COyA!"ON ~ ~ ~~V ASSIMPTION AGREEf?tEhT WHEREAS, the Maker named in Paragraph 7, below, and referred to herein as "Maker", executed a note in favor of WASHINGTON SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Association", a copy of which has been supplied to Buyer; and, WHEREAS, maker executed a mortgage of even date with said note in favor of the Association, securing said note and encumbering the property described in Paragraph 10, below, a copy of which has been supplied to Buyer, and which mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book 263 ' at Page 17480E the Public Records of ST. LUCIE County, Florida; and, WHERE.~IS, said property is presently owned by the "Owner" as identified in Paragraph 8, i below; and, - KNEREAS. the parties named in Paragraph 9_ below_ and hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", have this : 15th day of No;re~nber, 19 7 9 purchased from Owner the property encumbered by said mortgage, have applied to the Association to assume said mortgage, and have as a condition of said purchase agreed to assume all of the obligations of said note I and mortgage; and, I fa'HEREaS, Buyer understands that upon performance of all of the conditions of t.is i j Agreement, the Association will release 1`faker and Owner from the obligations of said note and mortgage, - f~tOVr, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and in consideration of such further ~ covenants and conditions prescribed hereinbelow, Suyer, jointly and severally, hereby expressly covenants and agrees as follows: ~ 1. Buyer hereby assumes and agrees to pay and perform all of the obligations of 9 t ~ said note and mortgage, together with such amendments to said note as may be hereinafter , prescribed. 2.
