O R D E R
This cause having come before the Court upon Petitioner's
Complaint-for Support, and the parties having stipulated hereto
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is

1. That Respondent shall nay support for the-minor
chil-dren of the parties, TIM ALLEN, date of birth October 4, 1962,
RODNEY EUGENE, date of birth January 23, 1964 and LISA ANN, date
of birth February 28, 1965, in the amount of $100.00 per month, t
payable on the 15th of each month beginning January 15, 1980 and

continuing on the 15th day of each succeeding month until each
child reaches the age of 18 years, marries or dies or removes

himself or herself from the home of the mother, MARLENE NICHOLSON,

whichever occurs first, whereupon, the payments shall be reduced
r
i
proportionately. Each payment required to be paid by the Defendant
i
is to be paid through the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida, in cash, money order, Cashier's Check or
~ other certified funds. The Defendant shall pay any service charge
or other statutory costs in connection with these payments, and
the Clerk of the Court is authorized and directed to forward the
support payments received to the Plaintiff , c/o Bureau of Support, Wood
County Court House, Bowling Green, Ohio, 43402. -
2. That the Defendant shall be permitted to claim one of
_ the aforementioned children as a dependent for the purposes of filing
