The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
named sole heir under the decedent's last will and testament. Nis
name and address is as set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and
address of-his attorney is as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, OMA LEOTA SHISLER, whose last known address
was 401 N.E. Armory Circle, Port St. Lucie, Florida, 33452, died
on December 1, 1979 at Martin Memorial Hospital, Stuart, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie

3. So far as_is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
