4, Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent owned real and personal property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
5. BARBARA BONNETT, whose address is set forth above, and who
is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to preference
in appointment as personal representative because she is the duly
qualified and acting personal representative of the domiciliary Estate
of the decedent.
6. Domiciliary probate proceedings are known to be pending in
the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York. Letters have been
issued by the Honorable Ernest L. Signorelli, Surrogate, to-Petitioner.
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
Estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are:
Real. Property - approximate: $40,000.00
Personal Property - approximate: 10,000.00
8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is
unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of decedent,
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that she be appointed personal
representative of the Florida Estate of the decedent and that no bond
be required.
