MAY D. FISHER died on July 18, 1978, leaving a Last Will and Testament in which petitioners were named as co-Personal Repre- sentatives; an authenticated copy of said Will was admitted to pro- - - bate on March 15, 1979,-and petitioners on that date qualified as co-Personal Representatives; the petitioners deem it for the best _ interest of the estate, and necessary to provide funds for cash be- quests and payment of claims and expenses, that the following des- cribed property of the estate be sold: Lot 69, Block B, TROPICAL ACRES, as per plat - thereof on file in Plat Book 8, Page 20, pub- lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida. i - 2. Petitioners have entered into a contract for sale dated August 17, 1979 as to the above described property with WILLIE COWARD ~ and JEAN COWARD for One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars cash. 3. It will be to the best interest of the estate to sell - said property at private sale pursuant to the contract set out above. 4. There are estate taxes due which have not yet been paid, f as the return has not yet been filed, but the co-Personal Representa- tives allege that they will make said payments and hold the purchasers of said property harmless from any liability for same.
