ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The Petition of PHILIP DESIND and JULIA SMALL, co-Personal
Representatives of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER, deceased, for leave
to sell certain property described in the petition coming on this day
to be heard; and it appearing to the court that it is to the best in-
terest of the estate that said property be sold at private sale to
the parties and under the terms set out in said petition; and the
court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said PHILIP DESIND and JULIA
SMALL, co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER, be
and they are hereby authorized to sell the following described property
at private sale:
Lot 69, Block B, TROPICAL ACRES, as per plat
{ thereof on file in Plat Book 8, Page 20, pub-
~ lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to WILLIE COWARD and JEAN COWARD for One Thou-
sand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars cash.
