CASE NO. 79-1488 FR IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF: MALADY MARIE PLYMPTON f i O R D E R r i THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the request of the Petitioners, and the Court having reviewed the file which includes the Petition verified under oath by said Petitioners and a copy of a previous Order of commitment to Fosterage entered by this Court in Case No. 77-244-CJA, ~ Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court, in and for the 19th Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Court finding from said file and pleadings therein, that the minor ; child. MALADY MARIE PLYMPTON, has been in the care and custody of the Petitioners since said child was 9 months old and that a previous Order by this Court had removed the child from the natural mother, SHERRY WEEKS, a/k/a SHERRY LASCO, and.that the natural mother has failed to contact said minor child, I' or has failed to exercise any of her parental duties in relation I ¥ to said minor child since the previous order entered April 18, 1977, and the Court finding and determining that the natural ~ 1 - ~ mother has in fact abandoned said minor .child, it is upon consideration i i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioners, JEANETTE O. t PLYMPTON and HERBERT L.
