Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
GAY TIMON, who, being duly sworn, says that she is the Secretary-
Treasurer of STUART PAINT & SUPPLY COMPANY, INC., a Florida
corporation, the Lienor herein, whose address is P. O. Box 67,
Stuart, Florida 33494, ar~d that in pursuance of a contract with
POINTS SOUTH BUILDERS, Lienor furnished labor, services or materials
consisting of building materials, hardware and other materials for
improvement of the following described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit: -
Lot 16, Block 409, Port St. Lucie, Section 3,
according to the plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 12, Pages 13, 13A-13I, public
records St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said property being owned at the time of contract by PETER P. and
CARMEL E. NAIMO, and that there remains unpaid for said labor,
services, or materials the sum of One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-
One and 82/100 Dollars ($1,691.82), and that the Lienor furnished
the first of the said labor, services or materials on September 8,
1979, and the last of same on November 19, 1979. The Lienor served

its notice to owners by United States Certified Mail on September 21,
