Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
GAY TIMON, who, being duly sworn, says that she is the Secretary-
Treasurer of STUART, PAINT & SUPPLY COMPANY, INC., a Florida
corporation, the Lienor herein, whose address is P. O. Box 67,
Stuart, Florida 33494, and that in pursuance of a contract with
POINTE SOUTH BUILDERS, Lienor furnished labor, services or materials
consisting of building materials, hardware and other materials for
improvement of the following described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 25, Block 52, South Port St. Lucie, Unit 5,
according to the plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 14, Page 12, 12A-12G, public records,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said property being owned~at the time of contract by WILLIAM FESH
and ANNA FESH, his wife, and that Lilei~ L111IQ111~ iu',~/«iu for swirl
labor, services, or materials the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred
Twenty-One and 52/100 Dollars ($1,.521.52), and that the Lienor
furnished the first of the said labor, services or materials on
August 31, 1979, and the last of same on October 26, 1979. The
Lienor served .its notice to owners by United States Certified Mail
on September 10, 1979.
