with interest as therein mentioned:; which mortgage was assigned to SOCIETY FOR
SAVINGS by Corrective Assignment dated November 27, 1978 and recorde
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the Count
of St. Lucie, Florida, in Official Records Book 303, Page 290.

hereinaFter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
