is subject in every respect to the Ik•claration of Condominiun as to the condaninium
in which his wait is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Decaaration of referred to
therein), the By-la?.s of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plait of apartment purchased by R?rchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid lle-
claration and F~chihits and the Articles of Incoi-I?oration, By-l.~n~rs and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the, Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and ackno?~rledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and mvlage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in t}?c best interests and for tl?e benefit~of
all the owners therein. Purchaser a~1d all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide l;y each and every provision of said Ixclar-
ation.of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said lkclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment wider the
Property 0?.~ners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
- are resonable, fair and equitable, and said R?rchaser acla~owledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tl?e Property (><~niers' Association
has F,icumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiun? parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligatia?s under the said I~claration of-Covenants
and-Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and saki I'??rchascr ass?nnes the
obligations as to ti?e Property Owners' Association as to his condomini~m? parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if vly, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the scans due wider the Property 0?~nler's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty ?s made or intended
.nor may one be relied except ?.~l?ere the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the E=xhibits attached thereto..
