I, DONNA B. PRIVATEER, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do makes publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby;revoking all
former Wills and Codicils by me at any time made, and intending hereby
to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real and personal,
of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled
at the time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows,
to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafter named,
to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my -
decease as it is practicable.
SECOND: I give and devise such of my tangible personal property
to those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the
time of my death, which list is signed by me and which describes the
items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
THIRD: In the event I have inherited, received or obtained any
property of any kind whatsoever, as a result of joint ownership of

property with my mother, ANNE M. BURRISS, and I am survived by my father,

~ EDWARD A. BURRIS, I give, devise and bequeath that property obtained
I as a result of such joint ownership with my mother to my father, EDWARD
A. BURRISS, provided he survives me. In the event my father fails to
survive me, I leave such property as part of my residuary clause.
FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether
real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto my sons,
PETER P. PRIVATEER and JACK J. PRIVATEER, in equal shares, share and
share alike, to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely and forever.
FIFTH: In the event one of my sons predeceases me leaving issue,
I give, devise and bequeath his share to his children, to have and to
hold unto themselves absolutely and forever.
SIXTH: I here.._• constitute and appoint my sons, PETER P. PRIVATEER
and JACK J. PRIVATEER, as .~-Personal Representatives of this my Last ;
