The Petitioner, VIVIAN DAVIS, alleges: -

1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
nominated personal representative. Petitioner's name and address
is VIVIAN DAVIS, 125 South 10th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and
the name and address of Petitioner's attorney as is set forth at
the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, ISABEL MARIAN HALL, whose last known address '
was St. Aubyns, 35, Priestlands Park Road, Sidcup, London, England,
and whose age was 92, died on November 25, 1979, at Sidcup, London,
England, and at the time of death, decedent was domiciled in %,ondon,
England.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this `
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages
