The petition of LUCILLE CLUNK MAINES alleges:

1. MABEL E. CLUNK, late of Chemung County, New York, died on

April 15, 1962, leaving a Last•Will and Testament dated March 5, 196,
which was duly proved and admitted to probate and recorded in the
Surrogate's Court of Chemung County, State of New York, a court of
probate jurisdiction, on the 19th day of April, 1962. ~
2. That the Will complies with the laws of Florida as to form
and manner of execution and devising real property in this County.
3. Duly authenticated copies of the Last Will and Testament,
Probate Petition, Order Admitting viii to PruYia%e ailc~i L~i%~~S iaata°
mentary, and the part of the domiciliary records that shows the names
of the devisees under the Will are filed with this petition.

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner asks for an Order admitting the ]
probated foreign Will to record in this Court.
