to be the last will and testament of MABEL E. CLUNK, deceased, late
of the City of Elmira in the said County, having been duly filed in

,jurisdiction cf the Court to grant probate depends and praying for
the probate thereof: and it appearing from said petition that tre
execitrix, tes~amentary trt:stee, and testamentary uardian, if any,

And probate not having been contested, and the subscribin

And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Surrogate that tre
said will was dul~r execl~ted and that the testatrix was at that time
in all respects competent to make a will and not under any restraint
anti the Surrogate being satisfied of the ;genuineness of the will and
the validit-,~ of its execution, it is, on motion of Walter C. Garet'.
