Chemnng, on the 19th day of April ,one thousand nine hundred and
sixty-two , at the office of said Surrogate, in the said County, the Last Will and
Testament of MABEL E . CLUNK , deceased, was proved, and
is now approved and allowed by ns ; and the e aid MABEG E , CLUNK
having been, at her death, an inhabitant of the said County of Chemnng
by reason whereof the proving and registering of the said Will, and the granting Administra-
tion of all and singular the goods, chattels, and credits of the said testat~'j.x ,and also the
auditing, allowing, and final discharging the aooonnt thereof, is vested in the said Surrogate;
the administration of all and singular the goods, chattels, and credits of said deceased, in any
way concerning the said Will is granted onto

Execntr~ in the said Will named, she being first duly sworn faithfulis
and honestly to discharge her duties as such Execntria .And we
hereby require •yon to make, or cease to be mad e a tree and perfect inventory of all and singe-
. lar the goods, chattels and credits of said testatrix ,which have or shall come to sour hands,
possession or lniowledge; and also to make, or cease to be made, duplicates of such inventors,
and cause the same to be signed at the end thereof by the appraisers, and the same so made and
signed, that yon make return thereof to the Surrogate of said County, within three months
from the date hereof.
