The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated
copy of the Last Will and Testament of MABEL E. CLUNR, deceased,

having been duly admitted to probate and record in the Surrogate's i
Office, Chemung County, State of New York, a Court of probate juris-
diction; and the Court finding that the Will of the decedent com-.
plies with the laws of Florida as to form and execution, and that
it devises real property located in this county, owned by the dece-
dent at the-time of her death; said property described as:
Lot 22 Block 29, Unit 1, San Lucie
Plaza, according to plat recorded in
Plat Book 5, page 57, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will, the
the Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate in
the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein by ~
the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and
Testament of MABEL E. CLUNK, deceased, is admitted to probate accord-
ing to law, as and for-the last will of the decedent.
