having reviewed said stipulation and being fully advised of

ORDERED and ADJUDGED
1. The stipulation is accepted 5y the Court.
2. Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed with prejudice
as to Co-Defendant HERBERT ROCHESTER, individually, d/b/a
I ROCHESTER BEDDING COMPANY.
3. Co-Defendant HERBERT ROCHESTER'S, individually,
d/b/a ROCHESTER BEDDING COMPANY, counterclaim -is dismissed
with prejudice as to Plaintiff.-
. 4. Each party to the stipulation filed herein shall
bear their own costs and attorneys' fees.
5. The bond of United States Fidelity and Guaranty
Company filed on behalf of Plaintiff herein is hereby discharged.-
