COME NOW the attorneys for the parties to the
- captioned cause and stipulate that Plaintiff shall be allowed
to amend his Complaint to include a separate Count for re-
establishment of a lost note and mortgage. Plaintiff shall

Order on this Stipulation within which to serve his Amended
Complaint. The amendment shall be limitu~••to a single, sep-
arate Count seeking to re-establish the alleged lost note and
mortgage. Defendants shall have twenty (20) days after sec-
vice of the Amended Complaint within which to serve their
responsive pleadings thereto.
