THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 19th day of December,
1979, upon. the Motion for Continuance filed on behalf of the
Plaintiff, and upon the Motion to Sever filed on behalf of
the Defendants, REIST, as to Parcel 136, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises,.it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the 'Motion for Continuance, be and the same is
hereby granted, and this cause is hereby removed from the February
f trial docket and shall be re-scheduled at a later date upon
j the filing of a motion to set for trial.
(2) That the Pre-Trial Conference, be and the same is
i also continued to be re-scheduled at a later date.
(3) That this Court reserves ruling on the Motion to
