This cause came on for hearing upon the defendants' Motion
to Compel Discovery by which defendants sought the production of

savings account passbooks of any account in which MYRA BIANCO had

an interest as well as the bank stat~nents and checks for MYELLE {

HOMES, INC., for the period of January, 1978 through June, 1978 and
the Court having heard argument of counsel, considered the record of ~
this cause and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the motion be and the same hereby is granted and
~ MYRA BIANCO shall within 15 days after December 27, 1979 produce
t
~ for purposes of inspection those passbooks listed as follows:
I
A. Brooklyn Savings passbook
i
~ B. Sun Bank passbook
C. Bank of New York passbook
D. National Bank of Westchester passbook,. and
E. Chase Manhattan passbooks.
~ 2. Plaintiff MYRA BIANCO is further ordered to produce
any other passbooks representing savings_accounts in which she had an
interest which are not listed above within the 15-day period commencing
- December 27, 1979.

3. In the event that MYRA BIANCO does not produce the
passbooks as ordered above on the ground that the same are not in
possession, she will then within the 15-day period specified above,
furnish to defendants' counsel a list of all banks in which she has
