Comes now the Parties hereto and jointly move the Court to
cancel the pre-trial conference scheduled in this matter and to #
continue the. cause and ass grounds therefore represent:.
1. That the parties are living together, and a continuance
would enable the parties to attempt to amicably resolve the
differences, if same can be done, _ ~
2. That if same cannot be done, either party could re-notice
for trial.
