filed herein, and the .Court finding that said Complaint
failed to state a cause of action, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon con-
sideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Complaint be and the
same is hereby dismissed and that the Plaintiffs, ROBERT
P. POWELEIT and CAROLE E. POWELEIT. fihall have
days from the date of this Order to file an Amended Complaint.
