ORDER
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on January.2, 1980, on the
Defendants' Motion to Dismiss bearing a Certificate of Service dated
December 7, 1979. Based upon oral argument of counsel and review
of the depositions in the file the Court is of-the opinion that
the evidence shows that the Plaintiff, FRANCES BATTILORO, has not `
exceeded any of the No-Fault thresholds contained in Florida Statute
Section 627.737 (1977). However, it was represented.to the-Court
that medical reports did exist showing that said Plaintiff has
exceeded at least one of the No-Fault thresholds. Therefore,
the Plaintiff, FRANCES BATTILORO, shall have ten (10) days from
the date of this Order within which to submit to the Court medical

reports or other documentation showing that she will be able to
submit evidence that she has exceeded one of the No-Fault thresholds
at trial. If said Plaintiff does not submit such reports or
a s
documentation within that time, then the Motion to Dismiss will
be granted. If such reports and/or documentation is submitted,
