LEIS, individually and as parent, natural guardian and next friend of KRISTINA LEIS, a minor, Plaintiffs, vs. CAROLYN O. HUGHES and METROPOLITAN PROPERTY AND LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY, Defendants. O R D E R THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 2nd day of January, 1980, upon the Motion to Strike filed on behalf of the Defendants, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) That the Plaintiff be allowed to amend his complaint _ by interlineation, said amendment being to the last sentence in paragraph (7) after the word Plaintiff in the next to the ` last line of paragraph-(7) the word "was" be and the same is hereby changed to "will" and the word "suffered" is changed to i I "suffer". (2) That.the Court reservesruling on the Motion to Strike the claim for punitive damages and that the Defendants shall submit a written Memorandum of Law within twenty (20) days from the date of this Order. The Plaintiff shall then file a written Memorandum of Law twenty (20) days after the filing a of the Defendants' Memorandum and the Defendants can file a response to the Plaintiff's Memorandum within ten (10) days.
