AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE

TYYNE H. YLEN, being first duly sworn by the
undersigned Notary Public, on her oath deposes and says:
1. That she resides at 230 S. "K" Street, Lake Worth,
Florida, and she is the widow of Ivar A, Ylen, a/k/a Ivan
Alexander Ylen, who died September 9, 1976 in the City of Lake
Worth, Florida, as appears on the attached Certificate of Death.
2. That affiant and her husband, Ivan A. Ylen,
Grantees in .the deed dated April 2, 1969 and recorded April 30,
1969 in Official Record Book 177, page 366 in the records of the.
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, purchased and owned as tenants by the entireties

real estate situate and being in Wit. Lucie Bouncy, riorida,
to-wit:
1
Lot 29 Block 55 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 25,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 32, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florids ~
3. That affiant and said Ivar A. Ylen were husband
E' and wife from the date of said deed until her husband, Ivar A.

• Ylen, died September 9, 1976. Affiant is now the sole owner of
said property by right of survivorship.
