NITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate swn of money named
in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and rnnfinn unto the Mortgagee, to fee simple, the following described real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed,
and in actual possession, situate is the County of St . Lucie 'State of P9orida, to-wit: .

as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 12 and 12A through 12G, of the Public
