30073, Party of the first part, and CURTIS L. MORRIS and EDYTHE A.
MORRIS, his Mife, parties of the second part, whose mailing address
is ~T08 Northwest 22nd Avenue, Margate, Florida.
WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS to
them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to
the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
the following described land situate, lying and being in City of
Port St. Lucie, County. of St. Lucie, the State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 14 and 15 Block 1151 or Port St. Lucie Section 12 a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 12 Page 55 oP the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

Florida. Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations,

limitations and easements or record: zoning and other-

regulator ordinances and taxes for~the year 1979.
And the said party or the first part does hereby fully warrant the

title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful

claims of all persons whomsoever.
TO HAVE AND~TO HOLD the said bargained premises, together with all and
singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same
