ORDER ON VISITATION RIrHTS i
This matter coming on to be presented to the Court, and it
appearing to the Court that the parties have entered into an agreement
in which they have agreed to reasonably adjust the visitation rights
provided by the father with his children on the second and fourth
i
weekends of each month so that the father may have at least two week- 3
ends per month with his children, and it appearing to the Court that
no notice of hearing is necessary, and that the Husband's request to
change the second weekend in January to the first weekend of January
is reasonable, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the father's visitation rights with
his children for the month of January shall be the first weekend of
saki month, commencing on Friday, January 4, 1980, and terminating
j on Sunday, January 6, 1980, and the fourth weekend of said month,
e commencing on Friday, January 25, 1980 and terminating on Sunday,
January 27, 1980, and that-the visitation rights of said children
with their father are hereby modified as set forth in this order.
