ORDER ON PETITION FOR MODIFICATION
This cause coming on to be heard on December 4, 1979
on the Wife's Motion to Dismiss the Husband's Petition for
Modification of Final Judgment and the Court having heard
argument of counsel for the respective parties and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife's Motion to Dismiss be and the same
is hereby granted.
2. That the Husband shall have twenty days from the
' date of this Order in which to file an Amended Petition for
f Modification of Final Judgment.
