That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of the subject matter. 2. That the bonds of marriage between the Petitione , MARGARET LUCILLE DAVIS and the Respondent, CHARLES EDWARD DAVIS are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken. i 3. That the Wife has incurred medical bills in the I amount of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) as of the date the Petition For Dissolution of Marria a was filed. Said g bills were incurred for treatment resulting from injuries inflict- ed upon the Wife by the_Husband. Additionally that the Wife may continue to incur additional medical bills in the future for treatment for said injury. That the attorney for the Husband azd the attorney for the Wife stipulated in open Court that the Husban will reimburse the Wife for all medical bills incurred as a result z of said injury.
