that the Wife shall inc.r as a result of this injury as said
bills accrue.
4. That the attorney for the .Husband and the
attorney for the Wife stipulated in open Court that the Husband
shall relinquish to the Wife any and all interest he has in a
certain option to purchase a residential dwelling located at
4751 San Diego Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
5. The Court determines the sum of Seven Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($750.00) to be a reasonable attorney's fee to the
Wife's attorney for his services herein and that the Husband is
ordered to pay Six Hundred Fifty ($650.00) of this fee to the
Wife's attorney. It is ordered that the Husband shall pay to the
Wife's attorney this sum of Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($650.00)
within ninety (90) days from the date of this Order together with
Court costs in the amount of Forty-Two Dollars ($42.00) and Court
Reporter's fee for attendance at Final Hearing in the amount of
Eighteen and 50/100---Dollars ($18.50).
6. The Court retains jurisdiction of this Cause
and the parties hereto may from time to time, if necessary, move
this Court for such further Orders as may be proper.-
