ORDER ~
This cause came on for hearing before the Court on December
20, 1979, upon the Wife's Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses
and Motion to Dismiss, and the Court having heard arguments of
counsel for the Husband and counsel -for the Wife, and being
otherwise fully. advised in the premises, hereby orders:
1. The Motion to Dismiss is hereby denied, however, counsel
for the Husband shall file an Affidavit Under the Uniform Child
Custody Jurisdiction Act if the Husband's Affidavit would in any
respect be at variance with the Affidavit filed by the Wife.
2. The Wife's Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses is
hereby granted and they are hereby stricken.
DONE ands ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~ day of
