Payment of Money from the Registry of the Court filed herein
by the Defendant, JULIAN DEMORA, pursuant to §74.071, Florida
Statutes, and the Court being fully-advised in the premises,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, JULIAN DEMORA,
be and he is hereby authorized to withdraw the funds on deposit
with the registry of this Court pursuant to the Amended Order
of Taking entered in this cause on November 28, 1979, to-wit:
