ORDER MODIFYING CHILD CUSTODY

THIS CAUSE, having come on for final hearing on the 20th
day of December, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court
having given full consideration to the file, and the Mother having
filed an Affidavit consenting to the requested relief, and the Court
having observed the demeanor of the father of the children, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit and that it is in the best interests of the children
to modify custody. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that custody of the two minor female
children, to-wit: SHEILA TIPPINS, date of birth March 3, 1962, and
TAMI TIPPINS, date of birth August 14, 1964, is hereby awarded to
the father, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the mother.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all child support ordered in this

matter shall be and it is hereby terminated as of the date of the
~ hearing set forth above.
