GARY LEE MERRITT, Husband

JUDITH F. MERRITT, Wife
O R D E R
This cause came on before the Court on the 4th day of
December 1979 on the Motion of the Wife, Judith F. Merritt, for
correction and modification of Final Judgment, Dissolution of
Marriage entered herein on October 26, 1979 and upon the
Husband's Countermotion for Modification of Final Judgment and
other relief, and the Court having heard testimony of the parties.
and argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband, Gary Lee Merritt, is hereby ordered to
j provide medical and dental insurance for the benefit of the minor
f
children of the parties.
2. The Husband, Gary Lee Merritt, is hereby ordered to
provide the Wife, Judith F. Merritt, with the 1973 Ford Torina
automobile which he presently has in his possession and to sign
any and all papers necessary to transfer the title thereto into
the name of the Wife. The Husband is further ordered to pay to
~ the Wife, in cash, the sum which .represents the difference in the
blue book value of the 1973 Ford Torino automobile and the value
of the 1977 Grand Prix Pontiac automobile which was in the pos-
session of the Wife at the time of the aforementioned Final Judgment,
s Dissolution of Marriage, less the lien existing thereon which was

paid off by the Husband.
