3. The Husband's Motion for Modification of child
support provision of the Final Judgment, Dissolution of Marriage,
is granted to the extent that when the minor children, issue of
the marriage of these parties as set out in said Final Judgment,
are not residing with, or in the residence of, the Wife the
Husband is relieved o a ing an i support ayments r said
child or children.
4. The parties hereto are ordered to make an inventory
of those items of personal property which were located in the
marital dwelling at the time of the Final Judgment, Dissolution of
Marriage, and to make an equal division between the parties of
the aforesaid items.
S. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. ~
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this day of
January, 1980.
