KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Franco Rogolino and Juanita
Rogolino, his wife dated February 12th 1973 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 211 on page
691 securinet the payment of the sum of Eighteen thousand, 1~,ro Hundred and no/100---------
Dollars (518,200.00------~ i

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim ell right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and fo the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
