STIPULATION FOR FINAL JUDGMENT
All matters heretofore-in controversy in this cause,
or which could have been put into controversy, having been
fully settled, adjusted and compromised- between the plaintiffs -
and defendants, RON HARDY, d/b/a RON HARDY AND CO., and RELIANCE
INSURANCE COMPANY, it is hereby stipulated and agreed that a
Final Judgment may be entered in favor of said defendants,
waiving costs, and against the plaintiffs, letting said
defendants go hence without day.
