policy should be deemed amended by Chapter 73-180 and
. accordingly finds that the uninsured motorist coverage
available to the Plaintiff~is $30,000, less the $15,000
coverage afforded by the third-party tortfeasors' in-
surance carrier. The Court further finds that the de-
fendant HARTFORD should be entitled to an additional
premium for the increased coverage in the amount of
$107.00.
3. The parties shall proceed with arbitration as to
the. amount of damages as provided by the terns of the Defendant
HARTFORD'S policy.
4. The Court retains jurisdiction to enter judgment upon
the arbitrator's finding and retains jurisdiction for the purpose
of assessing costs and attorney's fees in favor of the Plaintiff.
