ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on
January 2, 1980, upon the Plaintiff's objections to Paragraph
1 of a Request to Produce at Trial propounded by the Defendants
herein on November 21, 1979, and having heard. argument of counsel
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is accordingly
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
Plaintiff's objections are sustained in part and over-
ruled in part. The Plaintiff shall .comply with Defendants'
Request to Produce at Trial except that such compliance shall
_be limited as follows to prevent undue hardship and imposition
i
upon the Plaintiff: the Plaintiff shall produce only those
records from three or four dealerships having substantially
' similar master lease agreements within the State of Florida
or, if there are no such dealerships within the State of Florida,
b
then from the three or four dealerships which are closest geo-
graphically to the State of Florida. Further, the Plaintiff's
~ compliance shall be limited to those matters pertaining to
PPC-1 copiers bearing serial numbers prior to and earlier than

DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
