ORDER AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF PARTIAL
SETTLEMENT AND ALLOCATION FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES
AND COSTS
THIS MATTER having come on before the Court upon the
Petition of CARLOTTA WALKER, as mother and next friend of
COURTNEY VARICK HARRIS a minor, for an Order approving
settlement and payment of attorneys' fees and costs and
-allocation of the net proceeds of partial settlement, and the
Court having considered same, and the Court-being fully
advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED-that Petitioner, CARLOTTA WALKER,
' be and is hereby authorized to accept partial settlement
of the claim as set forth in the Petition and proceeds thereof z
shall be distributed as follows:
A. To-Cone, Owen, Wagner, Nugent, Johnson,
Hazouri, & Roth, P. A., and Lloyd & Brown, for their services
in effecting partial settlement of a claim in prosecuting the
litigation and attorneys' fees of $4,166.63 and costs of ~
~ $1,108.00 for a total sum of $5,274.63;

B. To Carlotta Walker $1,094.57;
C. To Courtney Varick Harris $4,378.2.7;
D.- The sum of $1,752.53 shall be disbursed for
payment of all outstanding medical expenses as of December ~
18, 1979, as set forth in the petition.
