IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in effecting a
partial settlement under tris Order, CARLOTTA WALKER, as
mother and next friend of COURTNEY VARICK HARRIS, a minor
has authority to execute any instruments that may be
necessary in order to effectuate the settlement as contemplated.
herein, and that further when same are executed, the
instruments shall be a complete release of the parties to the
partial settlement.
