Warranty Deed, made on theay of January, 1980, by JIM TOUCHTON
and CONSTANCE TOUCHTON, formerly known as CONSTANCE MILLBERG, of 426 South 18th
Street, Palatka, Florida 32077, grantors, to JAMES W. and CONSTANCE TOUCHTON,
husband and wife, of 426 South 18th Street, Palatka, Florida, 32077, grantees.
Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained and sold to grantees, as tenants by the entirety, that real property.
located in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 4, Phase I, HOLIDAY PINES, according to the plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 18, pages 16~and 16A
through 16D, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida,
together with all the estate and rights of the grantors in such property.
To have and to hold the premises granted herein to grantees as tenants
by the entirety, and to the survivor of them, and to the heirs and assigns of
such survivor forever. Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to the land
conveyed and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; SUBJECT T0: 1. Restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record, if any; this reference to said restrictions shall not
operate to reimpose the same. 2. Zoning or ordinances affecting said property.
