a distanceof 1,748.93 feet; thence turn and run-East along the
Northline of Block 1 of the unrecorded plat of DIXIELAI~ID SUBDI-
VISION as shown in Deed Book 152, page 403, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, a distance of 1274.43 feet, more or .
less, along the North line of Block 8 of Dixieland Subdivision to
the NE Corner of said Block 8, thence turn and run Southerly
along the East line of Block 8 a distance of 320 feet to the SE
Corner of said Block 8, thence turn and run West along the South
line of Block 8 a distance of 225 feet to the Point of Beginnin
of the tract herein described, thence continue West along the
South line of said Block 8.a distance of 80 feet, thence turn
and run i~lorth along the West line of Lot 14, of Block 8 a distance
of 160 feet; .thence turn and run East along a line parallel to
the South line of Block 8 a distance of 80 feet; thence turn and
run South along a line parallel to the West line of Lot 14, Block 8
