G. AS THE APPLICANT FOR PERMIT, I DO UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
1. The use of or construction within the right-of-wad of the North St. Lucie River
Water Control District will be in accordance with the details of the approved
sketch supporting this applications and if any changes are required, same
will be cleared with the District.
2. Zf a permit is granted, I hereby agree to notify the District at the beginning
and completion of any construction and/or use of right-of-way, whichever is
applicable thus enabling the District to coordinate and schedule inspections.
3. I accept full responsibility for any. erosion to or shoaling in your canal or
levee due to my work and Z shall remove or repair same promptly and at no ex-
pense to the District; and I will prevent the discharge of any hyacinths or
aquatic growth into your canal through my connection.
4. I will neither plant trees or shrubs or erect any structure that will prohibit
'or limit the existing access of District equipment or vehicles without se-
curing proper authorization therefor.
5. I further agree to alter or remove the authorized use or construction as ap-
plied for if required in the interests of the water control program or as
directed by any modifications to the standards of Construction and Permit
Procedures and at no cost to the District.
6. It is further understood and agreed that any other requirements of the District
are binding upon me, the applicant, and I do hereby indicate acceptance of
this notice thereof.
