STIPULATION
The undersigned counsel, ROBIN A. LLOYD, SR., attorney
for Defendants, Edwin G. Barrow, Federal Insurance Company and
Florida Power & Light Company, and EMORY C. TEEL, III, attorney
for Government Empioyees Insurance Company, do hereby stipulate
and agree, subject to approval of the Court, that this cause which
is presently set for trial on January 21, 1980, shall be removed
from the trial calendar pending possible settlement of this matter,
said cause to be reset by motion of either party; and further, that

a Final Judgment having been previously entered herein regarding
I
~ certain matters, that it is not necessary that any other attorneys
to tbi~litigation should have to sign this stipulation.
