objections to interrogatories served by Plaintiffs upon Defendant
on October 29, 1979~and the court having heard argument by counsel

for the respective parties and being otherwise advised in the pre-

mises does hereby

ORDER AND ADJUDGE that Plaintiffs' interrogatories
~ number 12, 13, 14, 15, 71 and 73 be amended to reflect limitation
in scope, extent, and application to the retail drug store of
Food Fair, Inc. located at the Fort Pierce shopping center, Fort
Pierce, Florida, and to reflect a time limitation to the past five
years from the date hereof. It is further
ORDER AND ADJUDGED that interrogatory number 26 shall
.i remain unchanged.
