motion to dismiss, motion to strike and motion for more
definite statement. After hearing argument of counsel and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises and it appear-
ing to the Court that the motion to strike and the motion

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the
entry of this Order to file an amended complaint with respect
to a claim for punitive damages and defendant shall have twenty
(20) days from the filing of the amended complaint to file a
response.
